摘要
选择适合区域特点的主导产业能促进本区域其他产业的发展,进而带动本区域国民经济增长和社会发展,因此区域经济发展的关键是选择适合本区域发展的主导产业。选择区域主导产业时不但要考虑本地区的资源禀赋,同时也要考虑外部约束条件。文章就西藏自治区主导产业的选择给出一个评判的综合指标体系,基于此指标体系进行实证研究,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。
Picking out some leading industries which are fit for regional characteristics can promote the development of other industries in the same area as well as the growth of regional economy and social development.Thus,the key to develop regional economy is to pick out some leading industries being suitable to the area.When picking out regional leading industries,we should not consider regional resources only,but the external constraint conditions as well.In the this article a comprehensive evaluation index system is given for how to pick out the leading industries in the Tibet Autonomous Region.An empirical research has done on the basis of this index system and then some corresponding policies and suggestion are proposed as well.
