摘要
针对具有多因素关联的IT服务外包商选择问题,提出了一种基于多因素关联分析的决策分析方法。在该方法中,借鉴决策试验和评价实验室(DEMATEL)法的思想进行影响IT服务外包商选择的多因素关联分析,并利用二元语义表示模型分别处理和集结语言短语形式的因素关联信息和备选IT服务外包商的评价信息,进而确定因素重要程度和归类,并获取备选IT服务外包商的综合评价值,以便进行IT服务外包商的排序与选择。实例分析表明,提出的方法具有可行性和有效性。
To solve the vendor selection problem in IT services outsourcing with various correlated factors, a decision analysis method based on multifactor correlation analysis is proposed. In the proposed method, multifactor correlation analysis of vendor selection in IT services outsourcing is conducted according to ideas of the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory （DEMATEL） method. The 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation model is used to process and aggregate the linguistic correlation information among multiple factors and the linguistic evaluation information of alternative vendors, respectively. From this, the prominence and classification of each factor are determined. Furthermore, the overall evaluation values are obtained to determine the ranking of all alternative vendors so as to select the optimal vendor（s）. The analysis for a practical example illustrates the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
