摘要
目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液对糖尿病合并椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法选择糖尿病并椎基底动脉供血不足者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组静脉滴注丹参川芎嗪注射液10ml,对照组静脉滴注灯盏细辛注射液30ml;两组患者均每日1次,疗程为2周。结果丹参川芎嗪注射液可显著改善糖尿病并椎基底动脉供血不足患者症状,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液对糖尿病合并椎基底动脉供血不足有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danshen root and ligustrazine injection on diabetes rnellitus complicated vertebrobasilar ischemia. Methods Eighty cases of diabetic patients complicated with verte- brobasilar ischemia were introduced in this study and were further divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were administrated with Danshen root and ligustrazine injection 10 ml per day dripping intravenously,while those in the control group were given with erigeron breviscapus injection 30 ml per day, the therapeutic course lasted for two weeks. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly elevated（P〈0.01）and the symptoms of vertebrobasilar ischemia was obvi- ously improved. Conclusion Danshen root and ligustrazine injection might have significant therapeutic effect on the patients of diabetes mellitus complicated with vertebrobasilar ischemia.
