摘要
目的观察体针加穴位注射治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效及其对血管内皮分泌功能的影响。方法将60例缺血性脑卒中患者按入组先后顺序采用随机数字表法分为体针结合穴位注射治疗组(A组)和单纯体针治疗组(B组),每组各30例。A组采用体针治疗,1次/d,共20次;另配以穴位注射(当归注射液),2天1次,共10次;B组仅采用体针治疗,1次/d,共20次。经20 d治疗后,比较两组治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分,比较两组的临床疗效,同时观察两组治疗前后血管内皮分泌功能的变化。结果两组的临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),A组优于B组。两组治疗后血管内皮分泌功能检测指标较治疗前均有不同程度改善(P<0.01),但A组ET、NO的改善较B组更为明显(P<0.01)。结论体针加穴位注射治疗缺血性脑卒中操作简单、疗效好,并能显著改善血管内皮分泌功能失调,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint-injection on ische- mic stroke and to observe its influence on vascular endothelial secretion. Methods Sixty cases of ischemic stroke were divided randomly into treatment group （group A） and control group （group B） using random number table with 30 cases in each group. The group A were treated with acupuncture （onceaday, atotalof20 times） andacu- point-in jection （once every other day, a total of 10 times）. The group B were treated with acupuncture （once a day, a total of 20 times）. The neurologic impairment score and the clinical effects were examined, the vascular en- dothelial secretion was observed both before and 20 days after treatment. Results After the treatment, there was significant difference in the neurologic impairment scores and the clinical effects between the two groups （P~ 0.01）. The blood vessel endothelial cell secretion function either in group A or in group B was significantly im- proved （P^0.01）, however, with much more obvious improvement of ET and NO in group A. Conclusion Acu- puncture combined with acupoint-injection is a convenient and highly effective therapy for ischemic stroke and can improve vascular endothelial secretion function obviously. So it is worth the promoting of the clinical use.
