红外偏振光对持续性变应性鼻炎鼻中隔软骨中神经肽表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨红外偏振光治疗对于持续性变应性鼻炎鼻中隔软骨中神经肽表达的影响。方法选取典型的持续性变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲的患者150名,随机分为3组,对照组立即行鼻中隔黏骨膜下切除术,治疗10d组和治疗20d组分别经红外偏振光治疗10d后和20d后再行鼻中隔黏骨膜下切除术。通过放射免疫分析法测定手术切除的鼻中隔软骨中的神经肽SP、VIP及CGRP含量,并比较其差异。结果治疗10d和治疗20d组神经肽含量低于对照组,同时治疗20d组明显低于治疗10d组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红外偏振光治疗可明显降低持续性变应性鼻炎鼻中隔软骨中神经肽的含量。 Objective To analyze the levels of neuropeptides in quadrangular cartiIages from patients with perennial allergic rhinitis, before and after using the linear-polarized-light. Methods 150 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into three groups,control group was operated immediately. The groups of treatment- 10-day and treatment 20-day were operated after treated with linear-polarized light for 10 and 20 days. The radioimmunological method was used to analyze the levels of SP.VIP and CGRP in quadrangular cartilage. Results The levels of SP, VIP and CGRP in quadrangular cartilages from patients with perennial allergic rhinitis, was evidently lower in the treatment-10-day group than in the control group. The treatment-20-day group is the lowest of all. Conclusion The levels of neuropeptides in quadrangular cartilages can be decreased obviously by using linear- polarized-light.
