摘要
文章基于对200多部活动的医学术语表、分类表、叙词表、本体及一体化语言系统的研究和分析，归纳总结了生物医学领域知识组织体系的发展现状。重点对主流医学知识组织体系MeSH、SNOMEDCT、UMLs的构建模式进行剖析，对有代表性的标准化医学术语集及医学领域本体项目进行梳理。最后就医学知识组织体系的研究重点及推进我国医学领域知识组织体系建设进行简要论述。
In this paper, by studying more than 200 active medical glossaries, taxonomies, thesauri, ontologies, and unified language systems, the current state of the biomedical knowledge organization systems was summarized. Further, the paper deeply dived into the construction models of some popular medical knowledge organization systems, such as MESH, SNOMED CT, UMLS and analyzed the key projects in standardized medical terminologies and medical ontologies. Finally, it briefly discussed the research directions of medical knowledge organization systems and the future development m China.
