摘要
通过分年度的数据包络法(DEA)测算出了2008～2011等4个年份不同省份的R&D投入活动效率,并对选取的经济影响因素指标建立的动态面板进行GMM矩估计;动态面板GMM估计得到我国整体及各地区R&D经费总投入与效率关系不显著,说明财力投入在现阶段暂未达到效力临界值故不会对效率产生太大影响,而科研紧密行业人均工资水平普遍对效率产生正向影响。
This paper points the annual data envelopment analysis （DEA） to work out a 2008--2011, four years of different provinces R＆D input activity efficiency, and the selection of economic impact factor index established dynamic panel on GMM moment estimation; Dynamic panel GMM estimate get our overall, and all regional R^D funds total input and efficiency relationship was not significant, indicating that financial investment at present tem-porary fails to reach the effect is not critical to efficiency produce too big effect, and the research close industry per capita wage level of efficiency generally produce positive influence.
