摘要
目的正确评估腹腔镜手术在异位妊娠治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年10月在笔者所在医院妇科住院的195例异位妊娠患者的手术及康复情况。结果腹腔镜组和剖腹组术中出血量、术后排气时间等差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），腹腔镜组对应指标显著优于剖腹组。结论腹腔镜应用诊治异位妊娠相对于剖腹手术，疗效确切，临床应用价值更高。
Objective To correct assessment the application value of laparoscopic in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospectively analyse the data of surgery and rehabilitation of 195 ectopic pregnancy patients in our hospital from January 2009 to October 2012. Results The differences of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative exhaust time between laparoscopic group and laparotomy group were statistical significance. The corresponding index of laparoscopic group was significantly superior than laparotomy group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of laparoscopy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy is exact curativethe,the clinical application value is higher.
