摘要
目的探讨街头无偿献血者献血后制备血液成分时产生脂血浆的原因,以降低脂浆报废率。方法对笔者所在州辖区13县(市)2009年10月～2011年10月街头采集的血液成分制备后用比浊用图片进行肉眼观察判定脂肪血浆,根据性别、年龄、职业、献血时间、献血次数、献血量、体重构成例数进行统计分析。结果脂浆成因中,男性显著高于女性(x2=37.50,P<0.01);轻、中年(18～40周岁)献血者脂浆发生率显著高于壮年(41～55周岁)献血者(x2=55.83,P<0.01);机关事业人员献血者明显高于其他职业献血者(x2=46.88,P<0.01);脂浆产生的时间多在早餐和午餐后1～2h献血者(x2=82.20,P<0.01);献血次数越多脂浆产生越少(x2=130.69,P<0.01);体重高的献血者脂浆高于体重轻的献血者(x2=132.83,P<0.01)。结论脂浆的产生主要与性别、年龄、职业、餐后献血时间、献血次数和献血者体重有关,为了降低献血后脂浆的报废率,应加大献血前的各种宣传措施。
Objective To investigate the causes of generating lipid plasma when preparing blood constituents of the voluntary street blood donors in order to reduce the lipid plasma rejection rate. Methods After preparing the blood constituents of the voluntary street blood donors from 13 counties（cities）of the prefecture in October 2009-2011,the turbidimetry pictures were observed with naked eyes in order to determine the lipid plasma.Statistical analysis was conducted based on the sex,age,occupation,blood donation time, number of times of blood donation,blood donation amount,number of cases of body weight constitute. Results Regarding to the causes of lipid plasma,men was significantly higher than women（x2=37.50,P 〈 0.01）;Mild and middle-aged（18-40 years old）blood donors was 2 significantly higher than middle-aged（41-55 years old） blood donors in the lipid plasma incidence rate（x =55.83, P 〈 0.01）;Civil servant donors were significantly higher than other profession blood donors（x2=46.88,P 〈 0.01）;Lipid plasma generation usually occurred 1-2 hours after breakfast and lunch（x2=82.20,P 〈 0.01）;As the number of times of blood donation increased,the generation of lipid plasma decreased（x2=130.69,P 〈 0.01）;High-weight blood donors had more lipid plasma than low-weight blood donors（x2=132.83,P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The generation of lipid plasma mainly relates to sex,age, occupation,blood donation time after meal,number of times of blood donation and body weight of blood donors. In order to reduce the lipid plasma rejection rate,publicity should be strengthened before blood donation.
