摘要
生物技术专业发展较快,就目前社会发展形式来看,单一生物技术就业并不占优势,培养医学背景下的生物技术专业交叉型应用型人才是当务之急。本研究就医学生物技术专业培养目标、实践教学体系构建以及师资队伍建设等方面简单的予以探讨,希望以此来提高学生创新能力、实践能力以及综合素养。
Biological technology development is rapider.The present social development form, a single biological technique employed is not the predominant culture under the background of medicine.Biotechnology professional cross application talents is a pressing matter of the moment. In this paper, medical biotechnology professional training objectives, the construction of practice teaching system and teaching staff construction were simple explored, hoping to enhance the students＇ innovative ability, practice ability and comprehensive quality.
