摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足截肢术后护理干预方法及其对血糖调控的影响。方法总结41例糖尿病截肢患者护理干预的方法,比较护理干预前后患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖的变化。结果干预后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均接近正常值,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预,对于截肢患者更好的恢复其心理健康,提高患者依从性,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing intervention for diabetic foot after amputation postoperative and the effect on the control of blood glucose. Methods Summarizing the nursing intervention experience of 41 cases with diabetic amputation,the compared the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose changed in 2 h before and after nursing intervention. Results After intervention,the observation group with fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose changed in 2 h were close to the normal, and they were lower than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effective nursing interventions for patients with diabetic foot after amputation postoperative can better restore their mental health and improve the compliance for patient, so it can promote the early recovery of patients.
