摘要
目的探讨急诊创伤性截肢患者心理护理措施和康复指导。方法总结43例急诊创伤性截肢患者心理护理经验,并提出相应的康复指导意见。结果干预后患者担心劳动能力、经济压力、家庭和睦和外表容貌的比率均显著低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论对急诊截肢患者进行有效的心理干预,是减少患者术后抑郁,提高患者生活能力所必须,而且早期的康复护理更能提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance of emergency traumatic amputation patients. Methods 43 cases with acute traumatic amputation used psychological nursing experience and puted forward the corresponding rehabilitation guidance. Results After intervention,concerned about labor ability,economic pressure,family harmony and surface appearance rate were lower than before（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The emergency amputation patients for effective psychological intervention can reduce depression, improve quality,and early rehabilitation nursing can improve the therapeutic effect.
