摘要
目的探讨人工种植牙手术的护理配合要点,总结种植手术的护理经验。方法回顾笔者所在科室2009～2011年67例缺牙患者的资料,总结种植术前、术中、术后的护理配合经验。结果共植入97颗种植体,手术过程顺利,术后无明显并发症。经过3～48个月的追踪观察,无一例种植体松动或脱落,患者满意度好。结论口腔种植手术的成功需要术前充分准备、术中良好配合及术后精心护理。
Objective To explore the key points of nursing cooperation in oral implantology. Methods 67 patients with partial edentulous from 2009 to 2011 are reviewed to sum up the nursing cooperation experience in the pre,intra and post operation of oral implantology. Results 97 dental plants were implanted,all operations were successful with no obvious complications.After 3 to 48 months follow-up,there were no implant loose or lost,and all patients were satisfied with the results. Conclusion The success of oral implant operation needs sufficient preparation,careful cooperation and meticulous postoperative nursing.
