摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径在病房手术室两科合作对乳腺癌患者实施健康教育的效果。方法将150例乳腺癌患者随机分成对照组和实验组各75例。实验组从入院起按健康教育路径进行健康教育,直至出院。对照组采取传统护理方法。在住院过程中记录两组患者对护理和健康知识的了解程度、满意度、并发症发生情况等指标。结果实验组对于护理与健康知识的知晓掌握程度明显优于对照组;实验组的健康教育达标,对护理满意度等优于对照组,两组数据经统计学分析具有显著性差异。结论使用健康教育路径对乳腺癌根治术患者进行健康教育,可使患者全面、系统、有效地掌握健康知识,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of carrying out health education in patients with breast cancer by health education path in the ward and operating room. Methods 150 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group with 75 cases in each group. Health education was used in the experimental group by health education path from admission to discharge.Control group adopts the traditional nursing methods.The two groups of nursing and health knowledge understanding degree, satisfaction,complications and other indicators were recorded in the process of hospital. Results Experimental group of nursing and health awareness of knowledge mastery were significantly better than the control group.The experimental group of health education standard, nursing satisfaction was better than that of control group, two groups of data by statistics analysis had significant difference. Conclusion The use of health education path in radical mastectomy of breast cancer patients for health education can make the patient comprehensive, system, effective mastery of health knowledge and improve the patients' degree of satisfaction to the nursing work.
