摘要
目的探讨超声引导在无痛人工流产术中的作用。方法拟行人工流产的妇女60例,分为实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组在超声引导下行无痛人工流产术,对照组行常规无痛人工流产术,记录手术时间,术中出血量及术后并发症。结果与对照组比较,实验组手术时间短、术中出血少,并发症少(P<0.01)。结论超声引导能提高无痛人工流产术的医疗质量与安全,是一种理想的手术方式。
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound in artificial abortion. Methods 60 early pregnant women undergoing artificial abortion were randomized to 2 groups. Test group preformed artificial abortion with ultrasound, and the control group preformed artificial abortion without ultrasound. The operation time, the volumes of bleeding and the complications were recorded. Results Compared with control group, the operation time, the volumes of bleeding and the complications of test group were decreased significantly（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Artificial abortion with ultrasound is a better method with effect and safety.
