摘要
目的建立测定复方氨酚烷胺片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法，c18柱（6．0mm×200mm，5μm）；流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液（0．05mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液，用磷酸调节pH至3．4）-甲醇-三乙胺（80：20：0．02）；检测波长为254nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚在11．43～114．30μg／mL浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9997），平均回收率99．21％，RSD=0．87％。结论本方法简便、准确，重现性好，可用于复方氨酚烷胺片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of paracetamol in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets. Methods HPLC instrument with C 18 chromatographic column（6.0mm 200mm,5 IX m） was used .The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution[adjust Potassium dihydrogen phosphate,solution （0.05 mol/L） to pH=3.4 by phosphoric acid],methanol and triethylamine solution （80 ： 20 ： 0.02）;the wavelength for detection was 254 nm. Results The linear range of hydrochlorothiazide was 11.43-114.30 μg/mL（r=0.999 7）. The average recovery was 99.21%,RSD was 0.87 %. Conclusion The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of paracetamol compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets.
