摘要
目的探讨稳心颗粒联合西医常规疗法治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 2007年7月～2009年7月笔者所在医院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者104例,按随机数字表法分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组。其中常规治疗组(50例)给予阿司匹林、美托洛尔、硝酸甘油等西医常规用药治疗;联合治疗组(54例)在西医常规用药治疗的基础上加服稳心颗粒。结果治疗8周后,联合治疗组的总有效率为(89%)显著高于常规治疗组(74%)(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合西医常规用药可以明显改善不稳定型心绞痛的临床症状,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenxin granule and western conventional medication on unstable angina. Methods From July 2007 to July 2009,104 cases of unstable angina patients in the author＇s hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the conventional treatment group and the combined treatment group.The conventional treatment group（50 cases）were given aspirin,metoprolol,nitroglycerin,et al.While the combined treatment group（54 cases）were given Wenxin granule on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group（89%）was significantly higher than the conventional treatment group（74%） （P 〈 0.05）after eight weeks＇treatment. Conclusion The combination of Wenxin granule and western conventional medication can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of unstable angina,and has a significant efficiency on unstable angina,well worth to popularization.
