摘要
目的探讨中药熏眼辅助治疗流行性角结膜炎的临床治疗效果。方法对2011年1月～2012年6月就诊的70例流行性角结膜炎患者的临床资料进行了回顾分析,所有患者依据随机分组法分为对照组和实验组,两组患者均接受常规药物治疗,实验组患者同时接受中药熏眼辅助治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者治疗的总有效率为80%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为70%,两组患者的临床治疗效果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上,使用中药熏眼辅助治疗流行性角结膜炎,具有较为满意的临床疗效,且治疗的安全性更高,因而具有更高的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigates as the adjuvant treatment in epidemic kerato-conjunctivitis. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with epidemic kerato- conjunctivitis in this hospital from January 2011 to June 2012 were chosen and analyzed retrospective. All patients were randomly divided into the control group and experiment group. Both groups received the routine treatment, while the experiment group also received the adjuvant treatment of traditional Chinese medicine fumigates. The clinical effect on patients in both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the experiment group was 80%, while the one in the control group was 70%, with the statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion According to the results of this experiment, the adjuvant treatment of traditional Chinese medicine fumigates based upon the routine treatment has the satisfactory clinical effect and its safety is higher. Thus its clinical value is higher.
