摘要
目的探讨奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效观察。方法将笔者所在医院收治的89例上消化道出血患者随机分为观察组45例和对照组44例,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗,对照组单用奥美拉唑治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.6%明显优于对照组的70.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血疗效显著,具有止血迅速、安全可靠、不良反应少等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To probe into the clinical efficacy of omeprazole associated with octreotide on upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 89 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients received by the author＇s hospital were divided into observation group of 45 cases and control group of 44 cases randomLy. The observation group was treated by omeprazole associated with octreotide on the basis of conventional therapy. And, the control group was treated by simple omeprazole. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%,obviously better than 70.5%,which was the total effective rate of the control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant（P ~ 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of omeprazole associated with octreotide on upper gastrointestinal bleeding was obvious.It has many advantages including rapid hemostasis,safe and reliable,and less untoward effect.And it is worthy of clinical popularization.
