摘要
当患者发生血小板减少时,各种血细胞分析仪对血小板的计数准确性会存在一定的差异,检验参考方法以及血涂片均具有十分重要的意义。同时,对血液中的微粒进行检测,在血栓的形成的生理、病理过程中,具有十分重要的意义。笔者对血小板减少以及血液中的微粒的检验结果的研究情况进行分析,探讨血小板减少和血液中微粒的临床检验现状。
When the patient suffers the thrombocytopenia,there will be the certain difference in the accuracy of platelet count by different kinds of hematology analyzers.The test of reference methods and blood smears will be of great importance.Meanwhile,the detection of particles in blood will be critically important for the physiological and pathologic process of thrombosis. This paper analyzed the detection results of thrombocytopenia and particles in blood,and discussed the status of clinical detection of thrombocytopenia and particles in blood.
