摘要
血液透析是血液净化技术的一种。维持性血液透析患者普遍存在微炎症状态。微炎症严重影响患者的营养状况,会造成该患者贫血、动脉粥样硬化等心血管类并发症加剧,并与维持血液透析患者的死亡率密切相关。因此深入了解微炎症的发生机制并积极预防和治疗其可能的相关因素,对维持性血液透析患者的预后具有重要的意义。
Hemodialysis is one of the blood purification.Maintenance hemodialysis patients are in micro- inflammation state universally.Micro-inflammation,which is closely related of the mortality rate of maintenance hemodialysis patients,can influence of the nutritional status of patients, give rise to anemia, atherosclerosis and other complication.To deeply understand the occurrence mechanism of micro-inflammation and to prophylaxis and treatment has the important significance for maintenance hemodialysis patients.
