摘要
在特定的工作环境中,产科助产士也较其他护理人员面对更为复杂的风险,使助产士直接暴露于职业危险中。为此需要掌握助产工作中的诸多风险,以此建立预防保护措施,以此降低助产士职业暴露感染率,同时要提高助产士专业素质和服务质量,保障母婴平安。
In special working environment,midwife would face more complicated risk than other nursing staff, which make midwife direct expose to occupational hazard.So we should master risk in delivering working environment to set up protective measures,and to low occupational exposed rate.In the same time,we should improve midwife professiong and service quality to ensure maternal and child safe.
