摘要
目的统计并分析某二级甲等医院2011年1月～2012年6月住院患者的抗菌药物用药强度,进行用药趋势分析,为临床合理用药和有效管理提供参考。方法使用限定日剂量为分析单位,计算累积DDDs,以DDDs×100/同期收治患者人天数计算抗菌药物使用强度。结果 2011年住院患者抗菌药物平均用药强度为45.35,2012年上半年为47.17。2011年住院患者抗菌药物使用率平均值为59.51%,占总药费金额比例为17.32%;2012年上半年两者下降为56.65%和16.86%。结论笔者所在医院住院患者抗菌药物总体用药强度中等;2011年特殊使用类抗菌素的用药强度呈上升趋势,之后在医院的加强管理与干预下,有明显下降趋势。住院患者抗菌药物使用率及占总药费金额比例均呈现平稳趋势,抗菌药物管理初见成效,需近一步分析抗菌药物的合理使用性。
Objective To investigate and analyze the antibiotics use density of in-patients in the hospital （secondary hospitals） from January 2011 to June 2012,in order to provide a basis for clinical use of drugs and follow- up management. Methods To use the defined daily dose（DDD）as the unit. And the antibiotics use densities （AUD） were calculated by the value of DDD per 100 days person. Results The average value of AUD in 2011 was 45.35,and it was 47.17 in the first half of 2012. The average value of the usage rate of the antibiotics in 2011 was 59.51%. It accounted for the proportion of the total expenses was 17.32%. In the first half of 2012,they both reduced to 56.65% and 16.86%. Conclusion The use density of antibiotics of in-patients in our hospital was medium. The trend of the antibacterial for special purpose AUD in 2011 showed ascendant trend. After the management and intervention,it had obvious downtrend. The usage rate of the antibiotics and the proportion of the total expenses presented stable trend. Antibacterial drug management gained initial success. However,measures should be taken to improve the antimicrobial rational applicability.
