摘要
目的比较不同血液净化方法对慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者血磷清除的效果。方法选择医院血液净化室慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者60例,随机分为两组:HP+HD组30例:接受血液灌流联合血液透析治疗。HD组30例:接受血液透析治疗,分别记录患者首次治疗前、治疗8周后的血磷浓度,观察两组患者血磷下降的程度。结果血液净化后血磷均较前下降,HP+HD组较HD组血磷下降更显著(P<0.001)。结论两种血液净化方法均能清除血磷,HP+HD对血磷的清除作用优于HD。
Objective Compared the clearance for serum phosphate with different blood purification methods in chronic renal failure. Methods The 60 cases who were choosed in the blood purifying room of our hospital, Were divided into 2 groups by freedom： HP＋HD group： The 30 cases received the treatment that hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.HD group：The 30 cases received hemodialysis treatment.Before and after the treatment in eight weeks,the serum phosphate was measured,we observed the decline of 2 group＇ s serum phosphorus levels. Results The level of serum phosphate both decreased in HP＋HD group and HD group,but the level of serum phosphate of HP＋HD group decreased significantly compared with that of HD group after blood purifieation（P 〈 0.001）.Conclusion This two kinds of blood purification methods can remove the blood phosphorus, serum phosphate elimination by HP＋HD was much better than that by HD.
