摘要 三维培养技术(three-dimensional culture,3DCC)是一种模拟体内微环境的体外培养方法,是将细胞、再造基质蛋白/骨架与各种因子放到体外共培养。探索3DCC技术将为深入研究肿瘤的生长、血管生成、休眠、侵袭和转移提供良好的平台。近年来,有关3DCC在肿瘤休眠、侵袭及转移中的研究进展很快,且研究内容更加广泛和深入。本文就近年来3DCC在肿瘤侵袭、转移研究中的应用和进展作一综述。 Three- dimensional culture (3DCC) is a kind of cultural method in vitro by imitating microenvironment in vivo,which achieves a sort of co - culture of cells, stromas and various kinds of factors by putting them in vitro. Studying 3DCC will provide a good platform for the research on the growth of tumor cell, angiogenesis, dormancy,in- festation and transfer. Recently, the research on 3DCC in infestation and transfer has improved rapidly . This paper reviews the current research on the development of 3DCC in infestation and transfer, and hopes to provide the refer- ences for the study of growth of tumor , tumorigenesis and metastasis.
