白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子-α与急性胰腺炎严重程度的相关性 被引量:6

Changes of Serum Levels of Interleukin-11 and Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha in Relation to the Severity of Acute Pancreatitis

摘要 目的:探讨白细胞介素(IL)-11、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α与急性胰腺炎(AP)病情严重程度之间的相互关系,为临床提供参考。方法:选取AP患者68例,其中轻症胰腺炎(MAP)46例,重症胰腺炎(SAP)22例,于入院第1、3、7、14天分别抽取外周静脉血,ELISA法测定TNF-α、IL-11水平;结果:与对照组相比,第1、3、7天时,TNF-α、IL-11明显升高(P分别<0.05,P<0.01),但在第14天时没有明显差异(P>0.05);与MAP组相比,SAP组的TNF-α、IL-11均显著升高(P<0.01)。说明二者与急性胰腺炎的严重程度相关。结论:TNF-α水平的升高与病情的严重程度呈正相关,而且在发病早期即升高;而IL-11水平与病情的严重程度呈现负相关,但在早期其水平不升高。 Objective: To study the correlation between the serum levels of interleukin (IL)-11/tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-a and the severity of acute pancreatitis (AP). Methods: A total of 68 AP cases, including 46 mild acute pancreatitis (MAP) cases and 22 severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) cases, were involved in this study, and peripheral venous blood samples were extracted at the 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 14th days respectively admitted to our hospital, then the serum levels of TNF-a and IL-11 were assayed by ELISA. MAP groups, TNF-a as well as IL-11 7thdays (P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01), but Results. Compared with that respectively in control levels in the group of SAP increased on the 1st, 3rd, both indices decreased to normal level at the 14th and and day.Conclusion: The increasing of TNF-a level is positively correlated to the severity of AP, and its increasing occurs in the early days. But that of IL-11 level is negatively correlated to the severity of AP, and doesn't increase in the early days.
