摘要
苏北地区农村蔬果物流在流通主体方面存在生产主体组织化程度较低,蔬果批发市场、乡镇农贸市场配套设施不完善等问题。同时,也存在流通环节过多、采购网络与配送网络不健全等流通模式方面的问题。这是导致蔬果物流成本过高的主要原因。应通过蔬果零售终端的有效整合、蔬果采购网与配送网的建立与完善、物流信息系统的建立与应用等措施,对蔬果物流网络有效优化,引导蔬果物流业走向良性循环。
The circulation subjects of rural vegetable and fruit logistics have some problems in terms of less organized producers and in- complete supporting infrastructures for the transaction subjects, wholesale markets and farm produce fairs. In addition, the circulation links are excessive; the procurement and distribution networks are unsound, resulting in high logistics cost. It is necessary to integrate the retail terminals of vegetable and fruit, establish and complete the procurement and delivery network, and set up a logistics information system to upgrade the logistics network and lead the vegetable and fruit logistics industry to a virtuous circle.
