替加环素带来的希望与困惑 被引量：22

摘要 替加环素属于四环素类，是米诺环素的衍生物，也是第1个上市的甘氨酸环素。替加环素是迄今为止抗菌谱最广、日推荐应用剂量最小的抗生素，它的出现无疑给抗感染治疗带来了新的希望，特别是针对某些多药耐药细菌将发挥出其他抗感染药物不可替代的作用，但同时也有一些尚待解决的实际问题，给临床医生造成了困惑。以下笔者结合本人有限的临床经验，对替加环素在我国的应用前景与存在的问题提出个人看法，仅供读者参考。
