摘要
目的探讨药物流产并阴道流血的病因、诊断及预防。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2006年8月～2011年8月67例药物流产并阴道流血的临床资料。结果 67例患者药物流产后均未及时复诊,接受清宫、止血等辅助治疗,出现异常阴道流血,导致中度贫血22例,占32.8%(22/67);重度贫血7例,占10.4%(7/67);失血性休克5例,占7.5%(5/67)。67例患者经清宫、止血、输血等治疗均痊愈出院。结论药物流产并阴道流血在临床上很常见,给患者身心健康造成极大的危害,应引起高度重视,积极预防。
Objective To explore the pathogen,diagnosis and prevention of drug abortion complicated by vaginal bleeding. Methods Clinical data of 67 cases of drug abortion complicated by vaginal bleeding in our hospital from August 2006 to August 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results None of the 67 patients returned to visit after drug abortion,received uterus clearance,hemostasis or other adjuvant treatment,which led to abnormal vaginal bleeding,causing 22 cases of moderate anemia,accounting for 32.8% （22/67）,7 cases of severe anemia,accounting for 10.4% （7/67）,and 5 cases of hemorrhagic shock, accounting for 7.5%（5/67）. All the 67 patients were cured and discharged from hospital after uterus clearance,hemostasis,transfusion and other treatment. Conclusion Abortion complicated by vaginal bleeding is clinically common,causing great harm to patients＇ physical and psychological health,thus great attention should be paid and positive prevention should be conducted.
