摘要
目的了解绵阳市疑似肺结核患者的痰涂片和痰培养中结核分枝杆菌的阳性检出率情况。方法收集经胸片复查后疑似活动性肺结核患者的痰进行涂片和培养,并对检测出的结果进行比较分析。结果在747份痰直接涂片标本中,男性阳性率为0.67%,女性阳性率为0.27%,阳性检出率为0.94%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而596份酸性罗氏培养基中,男性阳性率为3.85%,女性阳性率为0.34%,痰培养阳性检出率为4.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绵阳市肺结核患病率低于全国,男性患病率高于女性。
Objective To study the sputum smear and sputum cultures mycobacterium tuberculosis positive detection rate of suspected tuberculosis patients in Mianyang city. Methods Collected the chest radiograph after review suspected active TB phlegm to smear and training,and analyzed the results. Results In 747 cases of sputum samples in direct smear,male positive rate was 0.67%,the female positive rate was 0.27%,0.94% detection rate for positive,but the difference was not statistically significant（P ~ 0.05）. 596 cases of the medium acidic roche,male positive rate was 3.85%,the female positive rate was 0.34%,4.19% detection rate for positive sputum cultures,their differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The tuberculosis rate of Mianyang city is below the national,and the prevalence of men is higher than women.
