摘要
目的建立全自动加样仪仪器的比对、性能确认的可靠、简易方法。方法利用酶标仪比色方法对全自动加样仪进行仪器的比对、性能确认,以期对全自动加样仪状态进行定期或时时监控,以避免加样过程的漏加而引起非试剂因素的漏检。结果不同的全自动加样仪不同加样量的吸光度均值经过调液体曲线校正后,加样仪1与加样仪2加样结果较为接近。结论避免酶联检测中因仪器因素所引发的漏检,提高设备运行效率,减少非预期的风险。
Objective To establish the automatic sample adding instrument performance comparison, to confirm the reliability, simple method. Methods In this paper,the use of a microplate reader colorimetric method Automatic Sampler instrument comparison, performance confirmation,to leakage of the automatic sampler status regularly or constantly monitoring to avoid pipetting process plus and cause non-reagent factor undetected. Results Automatic sampler different sample volume absorbance mean after to tune liquid curve correction, plus Sampler 1 plus Sampler 2 sample results are closer. Conclusion Avoid missing enzyme-linked detection instrument factors triggered, improve equipment operating efficiency, and reduce the risk of unexpected.
