摘要
目的探讨气囊导尿管保留灌肠治疗急性重症胰腺炎麻痹性肠梗阻最佳的气囊充水容量。方法将笔者所在医院急性重症胰腺炎患者78例按气囊充水量分为A、B、C3组,均采用气囊导尿管保留灌肠,观察3组临床灌肠保留效果。结果 B组药物保留有效时间>1.5h的最多,与A组、C组相比差异有统计学意义(0.01<P<0.05)。结论 15～20mL为气囊导尿管保留灌肠最佳气囊充水容量。
Objective To explore the best balloon water capacity of balloon catheter retention enema for acute severe pancreatitis paralytic ileus. Methods 78 cases with severe acute pancreatitis of our hospiysl wetr divided,into three groups based on the balloon filling water. All of the patients took balloon catheter：retention enema and the enema keep effect of three groups was observed. Results Compared with group A and group C, the drug keep effective time higher than 1.5 h of group B were most and had a significant difference（0.01 〈 P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The 15 ~ 20 mL of balloon water capacity is the best balloon water capacity forballoon catheter retention enema
