摘要
目的制备八角莲洗液,并了解其杀菌效果及其毒性。方法提取八角莲总黄酮和总木脂素,制成八角莲洗液。对其采用悬液定量杀菌试验、毒性试验、真菌杀灭试验、阴道黏膜刺激试验和稳定性实验进行观察。结果用该产品对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用2min,杀灭率均达到100%;对白色念珠菌作用2min,平均杀灭率为93.35%。对家兔阴道黏膜无刺激性。产品经36℃放置90d后,杀灭效果几乎不变。结论八角莲洗液有杀菌作用,对试验动物皮肤无刺激性。
Objective To prepare the Dysosma lotion, and to learn its bactericidal effect and its toxicity. Methods With the extraction of total flavonoids and total lignans of Dysosma, the Dysosma lotions were prepared. Then suspension quantitative bactericidal test, toxicity test, fungi klll the test, the vaginal mucous membrane irritation test and stability test were taken to carry out observation. Results The product could kill 100% Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in 2 min. To white Candida, the average killing rate in 2 rain was 93.35%. The toxicity test showed no irritation to rabbit vaginal mucosa. After placed by 36℃ for 90 days, the samples almost had the same effect. Conclusion The Dysosma lotion has a bactericidal effect and has non-irritation to the skin of experimental animals.
