摘要
目的通过术前肌注间苯三酚,探讨降低绝经后妇女取环痛苦的方法。方法将120例接受取环手术的绝经后妇女随机分为间苯三酚组和安慰剂组各60例。间苯三酚组患者在手术前3min肌注间苯三酚80mg,安慰剂组使用生理盐水2mL肌注。采用目测模拟疼痛程度分级法评价各组疼痛程度。评价两组患者在取环手术中的疼痛程度,观察术前和开始手术后的心率、血压、血氧饱和度的变化。结果间苯三酚组的疼痛评分显著低于安慰剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);安慰剂组术后心率比术前增快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌注间苯三酚用于绝经后妇女取环,减轻了患者的痛苦,安全有效,值得进一步研究与应用。
Objective To study the effect of phloroglucinol on pain reduction when the postmenopausal women receiving intrauterine contraceptive devices removal. Methods 120 patients undergoing removal of IUD were randomly divided into the phloroglucinol group and the placebo group. The patients in phloroglucinol group recieved the phloroglucinol 80 mg by intramuscular injection 3 minutes before operation.The patients of placebo group received saline 2 mL.Pain degree was measured by visual analog scales during the operation. Heart rate,blood pressure,saturation of blood oxygen were recorded too. Results Pain degree of the phloroglucinol group was significantly lower than that of the placebo group （P 〈 0.05）.In the placebo group,heart rate after removing IUD was faster than that before operation（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intramuscular injection of phloroglucinol can safely alleviate the pain of IUD removal for postmenopausal women and deserve further research and application.
