摘要
多发伤是一类危及生命的严重创伤,院内早期急救需要建立一个急救平台,明确各救治环节的任务;强调院内急救的时效性、整体性和合理性,适时进行损害控制策略是"救命第一、功能第二"这一严重创伤救治原则的具体体现。
Muhiple trauma is a type of life-threatening severe injury requiring to create a platform to clarify the responsibility in each treatment level; meanwhile, emphasizing the timeliness, entirety and rationality of intra- hospital emergency treatment and performing timely damage control strategy are consistent with the treatment princi- ples of the idea of ＂saving life first,preserving function second＂.
