摘要
肩袖撕裂伤是临床常见病,治疗后复发率较高;正确的诊疗和护理能促进患者康复,改善预后。本文综述了肩袖撕裂伤的诊断、处置、护理与康复的最新研究进展,比较了多种辅助诊断的方法,分析了各自的优缺点;重点阐述了肩袖撕裂伤治疗中的方案选择、镜下手术技术等问题,强调个体化的治疗方案;在护理方面,介绍了不同时期护士的职责与任务,强调护理的全面性、细致性、程序性,并提出肩袖撕裂伤的诊疗护理要点。
Rotator cuff tear injury is a clinical common disease with a high recurrence rate. Correct diagnosis ,treatment and nursing can promote its recovery and improve its prognosis. In order to help doctors or nurses follow the research progress of diagnosis,treatment and nursing,we made a brief review through three aspects including diagnosis,treatment and nursing. We compared the advantages and disadvantages of methods for auxiliary diagnosis for this disease and expounded its choices for therapeutic schedules, especially for individualized therapeutic schedules. We also reviewed the massive rotator cuff tears injury＇ s diagnosis,treatment and nursing, and discussed the arthroscop- ic surgery for all kinds of rotator cuff tears in detail. In nursing,we introduced the responsibilities and tasks of nurses in different periods and emphasized the comprehensiveness ,carefulness and procedural importance in nursing.
