封堵器在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨英诺伟输尿管管路封堵器在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中的临床应用价值。方法 45例单侧输尿管结石并轻、中度积水患者,输尿管镜探及结石后于工作通道内置入封堵器防止结石上移,予钬激光完全击碎结石或使用封堵器叶片折叠球将结石碎片拖入膀胱。结果早期2例肾盂输尿管连接处结石于安置输尿管管路封堵器时出现结石漂移至肾盂,留置D-J管后予体外冲击波碎石治疗。术后4周随访,2例结石漂移入肾盂的患者结石尚未完全排出外,43例无明显结石残留,结石清除率为95.56%。结论输尿管管路封堵器能显著减少输尿管碎石术中结石漂移、提高结石清除率,有望成为输尿管镜下碎石手术中重要附属器械之一。
