血凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1与勃起功能障碍的关系 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨血凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1与勃起功能障碍(ED)的关系。方法选取我院收治的ED患者60例为病例组,勃起功能正常的健康者60例为对照组,测量其血清血凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1、血脂水平并进行比较。结果 ED患者血凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1、甘油三酯总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05)。经多元回归分析显示,血凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1与ED具有正向联系(OR=2.44,95%CI=1.47～4.06,P=0.001)。结论血凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1可作为监控ED患者动脉粥样硬化进展程度的指标,反映人体氧化负荷,以指导相应的治疗措施。
