经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双侧平行钢板固定治疗肱骨远端关节内骨折 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双侧平行钢板固定治疗肱骨远端关节内骨折的方法及疗效。方法对涉及关节内的肱骨远端骨折32例行尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双侧平行钢板固定。结果本组32例获得13～46个月的随访,均获骨性愈合,肘关节功能评定结果:优19例,良8例,可3例,差2例,优良率84.4%。结论肱骨远端关节内骨折采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路能提供良好显露,行双侧平行钢板固定,术后可以早期活动和功能锻炼,大多数患者可获得满意效果。
