MIPO技术应用于锁骨中段骨折的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用佩创钢板内固定术(MIPO)治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法应用MIPO技术治疗15例锁骨中段骨折。结果所有患者获10~16个月的随访,末次随访时肩关节功能根据Constant-Murley评分,平均为(94.3±2.8)分。骨折均获骨性愈合,患者对肩关节外观和治疗结果均表示满意。结论 MIPO技术应用于锁骨中段骨折具有微创、外形美观等特点,是一种新型的治疗方法。
