经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗高龄重度椎体压缩骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗高龄重度椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法运用球囊扩张PKP,通过改进穿刺方法及骨水泥注射方法,治疗高龄重度椎体压缩骨折22例。结果本组获随访8~45个月,疼痛VAS评分和SF-36健康调查评分术后与术前比较差异均有统计学意义。结论通过改进穿刺方法及骨水泥注射方法,对高龄重度椎体压缩骨折采用PKP治疗可行且有效。
