摘要
[目的]探讨乳腺癌病人社会支持与医学应对方式之间的关系。[方法]采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和医学应对问卷(MCMQ),对81例乳腺癌病人进行调查,并分析两者之间的相关性。[结果]社会支持总分及其各维度与屈服应对方式呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),对支持的利用度与面对呈正相关(P<0.01),回避和社会支持之间的相关性较差。[结论]给予乳腺癌病人较多的社会支持将促进病人更积极地面对疾病,较少的社会支持将使病人向疾病屈服,更多地采取回避消极应对方式。
Objective：To probe into the relationship between social support and medical coping style of patients with breast cancer. Methods. A total of 81 cases of breast cancer patients were investigated with Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire（MCMQ）and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）,and the correlation between these two scales results was analyzed. Results.The total score of social support and its all dimensions were negatively correla- ted with yield coping styles（P^0.05 or P%0.01） ,and were positively cor- related with the use degree and facing with support （P^0.01）. The corre- lation between avoidance and the social support was worse. Conclusion. To give more social support to breast cancer patients will promote the patients more actively face to disease, whereas less social support will enable pa- tients yield to disease and more take the avoidable and negative coping styles.
