摘要 随着远程教育的深入开展,现有的网上答疑系统已难以满足远程自主学习者的需求,亟需一个快速、高效、互动的答疑系统。基于此,研究并设计了基于网络的双模式答疑系统。概述了目前国内外答疑系统的现状,介绍了双模式答疑系统的内涵、主要功能模块、关键问题分析及设计该系统所应遵循的原则。 With the in-depth development of distance education,the current on-line question-answering system has been dif- ficult to meet the autonomous learning needs of the remote learners, when they encounter problems in learning process. An efficient and interactive question-answering system is needed eagerly. Therefore, this paper studies and designs the dual mode of question-answering system based on the internet, summarizes the present situation of the question-answering system at home and abroad,describes the connotation of the dual mode of question-answering system, some important function modules,the analysis of import problems and the system principles should be followed.
