飞秒激光数控切削牙釉质和牙本质效率初探 被引量:3

摘要 可用于牙齿硬组织切削的激光种类繁多,其脉冲宽度范围从毫秒、微秒、纳秒、皮秒、飞秒乃至阿秒不等。皮秒、飞秒激光是脉宽小于纳秒的超短脉冲激光,当脉冲宽度小于物质的热驰豫时间时,热量来不及扩散.强大的峰值功率使物质直接等离子化.形成非常精细准确的冷切削。目前,超短脉冲激光与牙体硬组织的相关研究主要集中于激光作用表面的形态观察方面,对切削效率的定量研究相对较少。
