摘要
综述急危重症病人家属的社会支持现状、来源、需求及影响因素等,提出家属社会支持的干预措施,认为病人的病程以及家属的年龄、性别、文化程度、职业状况、家庭收入、应对方式、对支持的需求状况等均可影响危重症病人家属的社会支持水平。
It reviewed the status quo, sources, demand and influencing factors of social support of family member of intensive patients, and put forward the interventions for social support of family member of intensive patients, and thought that the patients＂ course of the disease as well as their family member＇s age, gender, education level, employment status, household income, coping style, support demand conditions can affect the level of social support of family member of critically ill patients.
