摘要
本文主要介绍了基于模糊算法的PID参数自整定控制器的工作原理,并给出了其在PLC中的实现方法。通过实际应用证明,该方法在大时滞、大惯性等控制系统中能改善传统PID控制器的性能。由于该方法具有在线计算量少、编程简单、控制精度高、动态性能好等特点,已得到广泛的应用。
Based on the algorithm of Fuzzy, This paper mainly introduce the principle of PID parameter Self-tuning controller, and its realization in PLC contror system. Through the practice proved that parameter self-tuning PID has improved the performance of traditional PID, especially, in the large-inertia and large time log system, for it has the merits of high dynamic quality and simple programming, it has been widely used in many field.
