摘要
本文介绍了西门子S7-200 SMART PLC、SMART LINE触摸屏在啤酒自动计量灌装机上的应用,阐述了设备工艺流程、控制系统的配置选型、软件设计和实现的功能。经测试,该方案能完全满足新型啤酒自动计量灌装机的各项技术要求,运行稳定,性能良好。
This paper introduces the application of Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC, SMART LINE HMI in beer filling machine and control system process, configuration selection, software design and implementation features. This result shows that the program is able to fully meet the technical requirements of the beer filling machine and have stable operation.
