Synthesis of 5-propynyl-6-alkylthio-2H-thiopyran-4(3H)-ones

摘要 本文报道了从6-烷硫基-2H,3H-噻喃-4-酮与丙炔醇类化合物出发,在BF3.OEt2作用下,实现了分子间C(sp2)-C(sp3)键脱水偶联反应,高产率地合成一系列5-丙炔基-6-烷硫基-2H-噻喃-4(3H)-酮并对其结构进行了表征. An intermolecular C (sp2) -C (sp3) dehydration coupling reaction promoted by BF3 · OEt2 was developed between 6-alkyhhio-2H ,3H-thiopyran-4-ones with propargyl alcohol compounds, leading to a series of 5-pro- pynyl-6-alkylthio-2H-thiopyran-4 ( 3 H) -ones in high yield.
