摘要
目的回顾性总结高频超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在诊断乳腺肿块中的应用价值。方法在高频超声引导下应用自动式弹射活检枪对45例乳腺肿块穿刺活检。结果 45例中,全部1次穿刺取材成功,获得明确病理学诊断,一次成功率100%。恶性病灶23例,占51%,良性病灶22例,占49%。结论超声引导下乳腺肿块穿刺活检技术方法简单,能够获得准确的病理学诊断,是鉴别乳腺肿块良恶性病变的重要方法。
Objective To retrospectively summarize the application value of thick necdle biopsy with high frequency u]trasound-guidecl in breast lumps diagnosis. Methods Needle biopsy was taken for 45 c：,ses of breast lumps with automatic type ejection biopsy gun under high frequency ultra- sound-guided. Results All the 45 cases get success with once puncture draw materials, and get dear pathological diagnosis. The once success rate is 100%. The malignant lesions are 23 cases, accounting for 51%. The benign lesions are 22 cases, accounting for 49%. Conclusion The operate method of needle biopsy with high frequency uhrasound-guided in breast lumps is simple, can obtain accurate pathological diagnosis, is the important methods to identify breast lumps benign and malignancy lesions.
