摘要
目的探讨与特殊失语患者的沟通技巧和效果。方法对50例意识清楚伴有完全运动性失语、失写或限制活动不能书写、以及行气管切开或气管插管并熟悉拼音(非常重要)的患者,采用拼音沟通的应用形式与其沟通(简称拼音法),并对其效果进行评价。结果拼音法准确了解患者所需,缓解其紧张、烦躁情绪,50例患者在出院时能表达所需,对护理工作全部表示满意。结论拼音法可以有效与特殊失语患者沟通,使患者满意度有很大提升,患者的生存质量也有提高。
Objective To discuss the communication skills with special aphasia patients and efficacy of pinyin method. Methods A total of 50 pa- tients with clear consciousness accompanied by complete motor aphasia, agraphia or activity restriction can＇t write, as well as tracheotomy or endotra- cheal intubation and familiar with pinyin（very important）. We use pinyin method to communicate with patients. Results Pinyin method can relieve pa- tients＇ nervous irritable mood. 50 patients before discharge can express their demand, and all satisfied with nursing work. Conclusions Pinyin method can effectively communicate with special aphasia patients, and improve the Patients＇ satisfaction and the survival quality of patients.
